RESPONSIBILITIES :
Monitoring the handling of trouble tickets (minor & major) on time
Ensure and maintain the site to avoid a comcase
Complete the site visit report in accordance with the number of sites specified
Handling lightning cases, environmental fees and honor carers site
REQUIREMENTS :
D3/S1 from Telco Civil, Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years experience in telco industry
Have a good communication skill and coordination skill
Good initiative and administration skill
Strong analytical thinking
Able to work as a team and under pressure
